Account Activation & Verification
1. Open Invitation: Locate the email from Nextere in your inbox.
5. Verify Email: Open the new verification email in your inbox and click Verify Email.
Note: If you don't see the email, log in to the portal and click Resend on the verification prompt.Identity Check:
Once logged in, you will be prompted to provide your professional details. Enter your NPN and click Verify With NIPR.
Auto-Populate Data: Review the information pulled from NIPR. If the data is correct, click Continue.


Spam Folder: If you haven't received the invitation or verification emails, check your Spam or Junk folders.
NIPR Data Mismatch: If "Verify With NIPR" fails, ensure your NPN and SSN/FEIN are entered without dashes or spaces.
Required Fields: The Update button will remain disabled until all mandatory fields are filled. Look for red highlights to identify missing info.
1. What should I do if my invitation link has expired?
Invitation links are valid for a limited time for security. If your link expires, please contact your Agency Administrator or Upline to trigger a new invitation.
2. Can I skip the NIPR verification step?
No. NIPR verification is a mandatory step to ensure your licensing data is accurate within the CRM. This allows you to use the platform's advanced compliance and reporting features.
3. Why am I getting an "Account Already Exists" error?
This happens if your email is already associated with an existing Nextere account. Try using the Forgot Password feature on the login page to regain access.
4. I verified my email, but the "Resend" pop-up still appears. What do I do?
This is usually a browser caching issue. Log out, clear your browser cache, or press F5 to refresh the page, then log back in.
