This section showcases the options users have to edit their agent information.

Introduction

The Agent Profile is the central management area for your professional identity within the platform. It allows you to maintain compliance, track contracts, manage communications, and monitor your licensing status in real-time.


How to Access Your Profile

  1. Log in to the application.

  2. Click on your user icon/name in the upper right corner.

  3. Select Agent Profile from the dropdown menu.




1. Core Information

  • Personal Information: The primary landing page for viewing and editing your NPN, SSN, Date of Birth, and residential or business addresses.


  • Upline Agency: Identifies your current directing agency or FMO.

  • Audit History: A transparency log that records every change made to your profile for security and tracking.



2. Compliance & Credentialing

  • Contracts & RTS: View the status of all requested carrier appointments and "Ready to Sell" (RTS) authorizations.

  • Licenses: A real-time sync with NIPR.

    • Visual Map: Shows states where you are currently contracted.

    • Compliance Table: Tracks days remaining until expiration.

    • Color Coding: 🟢 Green (Active), 🔘 Gray (No date provided by NIPR), 🔴 Red (Expired).


  • Appointments: A complete list of carrier appointments as recorded in the NIPR database.



3. Document Management

  • Attachments: A digital filing cabinet for essential documents:

    • DOI Resident Licenses, W-9s, and E&O Insurance.

    • Certifications (FFM, AHIP).

  • Sign Document: A dedicated area for documents requiring your electronic signature.

4. Communication Tools

  • Email & Communication: View, draft, reply to, or schedule internal application messages.

  • SMS: Access the integrated phone system to view and send text messages.

  • Task: Create and manage tasks linked directly to your platform calendar.

5. Administrative & Financial

  • Payment Information: Securely manage your banking details to ensure timely compensation.

  • Releases: Track the status of agency release requests. Uplines can approve/deny these with attached notes.

  • Ticket: Monitor the status of any technical support inquiries you have submitted.

If the Upline Agency or the Contract & RTS tabs are not available this means the account the user is utilizing is the FMO.


FAQ

1. Who can see the "Notes" section in my profile? 

Notes are generally internal. Depending on permissions, both you and your Upline/Admin can add or view notes to keep track of important onboarding or contracting milestones.

2. How do I update my E&O Insurance? 

Navigate to the Attachments tab. You can upload your new certificate there. It is vital to keep this updated to avoid interruptions in your "Ready to Sell" status.

3. Why is my license showing as "Gray" in the Licenses tab? 

A gray status means NIPR has successfully transmitted the license record but did not include a specific expiration date. In these cases, you should manually verify the date with the state’s Department of Insurance (DOI).

4. Can I schedule an SMS to be sent later? 

While the Communication (Email) tab supports scheduling, the SMS tab is currently designed for real-time messaging. For scheduled reminders, use the Task feature.
