
The Agent Profile is the central management area for your professional identity within the platform. It allows you to maintain compliance, track contracts, manage communications, and monitor your licensing status in real-time.
Log in to the application.
Click on your user icon/name in the upper right corner.
Select Agent Profile from the dropdown menu.
Personal Information: The primary landing page for viewing and editing your NPN, SSN, Date of Birth, and residential or business addresses.
Upline Agency: Identifies your current directing agency or FMO.
Audit History: A transparency log that records every change made to your profile for security and tracking.
Contracts & RTS: View the status of all requested carrier appointments and "Ready to Sell" (RTS) authorizations.
Licenses: A real-time sync with NIPR.
Visual Map: Shows states where you are currently contracted.
Compliance Table: Tracks days remaining until expiration.
Color Coding: 🟢 Green (Active), 🔘 Gray (No date provided by NIPR), 🔴 Red (Expired).
Appointments: A complete list of carrier appointments as recorded in the NIPR database.
Attachments: A digital filing cabinet for essential documents:
DOI Resident Licenses, W-9s, and E&O Insurance.
Certifications (FFM, AHIP).
Sign Document: A dedicated area for documents requiring your electronic signature.
Email & Communication: View, draft, reply to, or schedule internal application messages.
SMS: Access the integrated phone system to view and send text messages.
Task: Create and manage tasks linked directly to your platform calendar.
Payment Information: Securely manage your banking details to ensure timely compensation.
Releases: Track the status of agency release requests. Uplines can approve/deny these with attached notes.
Ticket: Monitor the status of any technical support inquiries you have submitted.
