This guide is essential for users navigating the Navigation Menu, as it provides clear instructions on managing personal and agency information effectively.


      1. From the Nextere Dashboard, go to the upper right corner and click on the User Name.

      2. When the User Name is clicked on, the Navigation Menu pops up. In Profile, users can change their personal information. For more information check out this useful article here: Profile

Keep in mind only Users with Super Admin permissions can change the email. If the user needs their email changed they would need to contact their Super Admin.

      3. In Agent Profile, the user can check or change their agent related information. They can also keep track of their contracts, keep their documentation organized and much more. For more information check out this useful article here: Agent Profile

      4. In Agency Profile, the user can check or change their agency related information. They can also keep track of their licenses, keep their documentation organized and much more. For more information check out this useful article here: Agency Profile

      5. Support Teams is only an option for agencies. This is where the agency can ask for support on any Central related issues.

      6. In Start Tour, this section was created to provide a detailed tour for the user. As of now it is still in the process of development.

The Upgrade Agency button only appears to agents. This button is for agents who are principals of their own agency and want to upgrade from their agent tier to Nextere's agency tier.
