Navigation Menu: Agency Profile

This section is like the Agent Profile, but showcases the options users have to edit their agency information and certain preferences when it comes to doing business with an Upline.


To access this section, users need to log in via the upper right corner and select “Agency Profile.”


The first section displays the Agency Information associated with the user. Here, they can view and edit key details such as NPN, FEIN, and the billing or business address.


On the left, there are several feature tabs that agencies can update:
Upline Agency
Displays the agency’s upline information.


Communication
Allows agencies to reply to emails received within the application. Users can also draft emails or schedule messages to be sent later.


Licenses
Agencies can view all their licenses as per NIPR.
  1. The map highlights all states where the agent is contracted.
  2. The table provides key info, such as the number of days left before a license expires, ensuring compliance.

License Status Indicators:

  1. Green = Active / Not Expired
  2. Gray = Expiration date not provided by NIPR
  3. Red = Expired


Appointments
Displays all the agency’s agents’ appointments with carriers, as referenced from the NIPR database.


Attachments
Enables users to upload or download specific documents such as:
  1. DOI Resident License
  2. FFM Certification
  3. AHIP Certification
  4. E&O Insurance
  5. W-9
  6. Other Documents


Sign Documents
Section for documents that need to be signed by agents.


Tasks
Allows users to create tasks within the system, which are integrated with the calendar.


Agency Configuration
Gives agencies control over specific settings, such as:

Social Media
Agencies can add links to their social media platforms here.


Audit History
Shows any changes made to the agent profile for tracking and transparency.
