In this example, an upline has stated that they have requested contracts for an agent from one of their downlines, but they cannot see that contract.
Below the agency is the downline. The upline has requested three contracts for Imperial Health for an agent from their downline and they do not see any of those contracts.

To fix this issue, the Account Manager or Contracting Team will need to ensure that the downline's Principal Agent has a contract for the carrier. In this case, the downline needs to add a contract with Imperial Health by using "Add Existing Carrier".
To start, click "Agency Management".

Click the agency that the upline is not seeing the contract for.

Search for the downline agency.

Click on the name of the downline agency.

In "Agency Information", click on the Principal Agent's name.

Click "Contracts & RTS".

Verify if the Principal Agent has the specific carrier contract. In this case it is Imperial Health and they do not have any contracts with them.

To add the contract, go to the upper right corner and click on the "Contract" button.

Click "Add Existing Contract". This selection is only available for staff at FMO levels and is used to fix relation issues such as this. The goal is to add a connection between the Upline and their Downline by using the carrier as a bridge. This selection DOES NOT SEND A REQUEST out to anyone like a Standard Request does.

Under "Agency", add the Upline and then the carrier. We are using Imperial Health in this example. Once completed, click "Save".

The Upline should now be able to see the added contracts for their downline.
