To access the platform, type in your browser www.conxent.nextere.com.
Click on the Agent/Agency button.
Fill in your first name, last name, email and phone number.
Next, the system will send an OTP to the agent’s email.
This step validates that the email is accurate. After the email is validated, they will receive another email with a temporary password.
After logging in, another OTP is generated, but this time to authenticate the agent’s account.
The verification requires the agent to enter the NPN, SSN and their last name as it appears on their insurance license. For security, we don’t store social security number information in our system. It is only used for verification purposes.
After the validation is completed, the next two pages will ask the agent to enter their Agency information (the agency they work for) or the agency they own. This step can be skipped if the agent does not have the information ready and updated in the My Account section.
Now that the agent has signed in, they can see an empty dashboard where they can add their consumers.
