When working with a consumer they would need to have the consent and eligibility form sent to them. If by any chance the agent has already gained the signed consent and eligibility form from the consumer there is an upload option.
Click on the Action Button in the upper right sector.
The agent will have four options:
Send Docs
Upload Consent
Upload Eligibility
Edit Consumer
Send Docs
Click on Send Docs
The image above shows the window pop up for the agent.
Document Type will automatically choose Consent.
Enrollment Year would be the current year.
Agency would appear with a selection if the agent filled in the agency question in the beginning of sign up or in their My Account later.
There are two options for language, so the agent should choose the language that the consumer prefers.
Agent of Record (AOR) means who the consumer worked with when signing the forms. There are two options to choose self or choose another agent by inputting their NPN.
The forms can be sent via email or/and SMS.
The last option is for Allow Direct Signature without OTP. If Yes, then the consumer just needs to sign off on the form using the link in the email or SMS. If the agent chooses No, then the consumer needs to use the login credentials provided by the email to sign off on their form.
Click Send.
On the consumer dashboard the agent will see that the Submitted Date under Consent has been updated to the day the agent sent the consent form. Once the consumer fills out the form the Signed Date will update with the date. The agent would also be able to view the form.
Now that the consent form has been signed the agent will see that Send Doc would change the Document Type to Eligibility. The steps are the same as the Consent Form when processing the Eligibility form.
Upload Consent & Upload Eligibility
When agents choose the second option (when the agent does not previously have the consent form submitted the system with automatically only show Upload Consent.
Agents need to make sure that the Consent Form is in PDF format before submitting,
The agent would need to fill in the Submission Date and Signed Date themselves. The enrollment year needs to be the current year the consumer signed up. Reason would automatically default to Consent.
Once the agent has the PDF, they can upload the file and once they do both dates would update.

If the agent added the wrong information for a consumer, they could edit the record.
