How do I sign up? (Agency)
This article addresses when an agent is not just an agent. They can be part of an agency or even own one.
Agents can register their agency during the sign-up process or in the My Account section under the Agency Info tab.
Below is the question: Are you associated with an agency for at least one Carrier?
This question is for Agents who are part of an agency that is not owned by them. When “No” is selected the questions will not populate.
Select “Yes” and fill in the questions in the image.
Below is the question: Do you own an agency?
This question is for Agents who own their agency. When “No” is selected the questions will not populate.
Select “Yes” and fill in the questions in the image.
Agents need to identify if they are a regular agency or FMO. The difference between them is, NPN is not required for regular agencies, but is required for FMO.
