Book of Business: Configuration
Book of Business: Configuration
- From the Book of Business Dashboard, click the action button in the upper right corner.
- Select Configuration.
- Name the configuration for easy identification.
- Specify the LOB (Line of Business) and Carrier.
- Import your Book of Business file.
- Identify which file headers match the application headers.
Pay close attention to this detail, as it determines how accurately our system can map the headers, ensuring smoother reporting and future imports. - Click the Save button in the upper right corner.
