Book of Business

The Onboarding Application includes a feature called the Book of Business.

  1. When selecting the Book of Business tab, a pop-up will appear. This acts as a pre-filter to ensure that the dashboard is not stalled or overloaded upon initial loading.

  2. Select the LOB (Line of Business) you are working with. We offer the following options:

    • MA
    • ACA
    • Life
    • Commercial
    • Discount

  3. Choose the carrier you want to work with or analyze.

  4. Once the dashboard is loaded, it will populate with data, allowing users to:

    • Analyze the dashboard
    • Set up configurations
    • Import a Book of Business file for reporting purposes
