The Agencies section allows you to quickly view all teams, departments, and staff members linked to your organization. From here, you can browse users, access agency groups, and instantly start chats. This helps streamline communication within your network.


1. Open the Agencies Screen

From the left-side navigation, click the Agencies icon (building symbol).
This takes you to the main area where all agency groups and staff members are listed.



2. Browse Through Your Agencies
Under the My Agency section, you will find your organization and its associated partner groups (e.g., New Health Partners).
This structure helps you quickly understand how your teams are grouped and locate the right members.


3. View Staff Members in Each Agency

Click on an agency name to expand the list of its staff members.
This view displays:

Profile initials
Full name
Email address
Availability status
This makes it easy to identify the correct person before starting a conversation.

4. Use the Search Bar to Find a Staff Member

At the top right, use the search bar to type the name or email of any staff member.
Searching helps you avoid scrolling through long lists and directly reach the person you want.


5. Start Chatting Instantly

Once you select a user from the left panel, the right-side window will load the chat screen.
This step allows you to immediately begin communication without leaving the Agencies module.

Notes & Limitations

Staff visibility depends on your assigned agency and permissions.

Offline users will still appear in the list but may have delayed responses.

If you don’t see a specific agency, contact your administrator to check access rights.


1. Why do some users show a grey status icon?

A grey icon usually means the user is offline or inactive.

2. Can I favorite an agency for quick access?

Yes, use the Favorites button at the top to pin frequently accessed agencies.

3. Why can’t I see certain staff members?

They may belong to another agency or your role may not have permission to view them.

4. How do I refresh the staff list?

Use the Sync Users button in the top action bar to update all user statuses.
